A Full-Sized Rat Caught Having The Time Of Their Life At A Milwaukee Grocery Store
Milwaukee grocery stores are an interesting place. A lot of people complain about them. Me personally, I do not have any beef with them. Are there frustrations sometimes? Absolutely. But that could be with any grocery store, anywhere in the country. Similar to the weather (Shouts to the freezing rain), people can’t overly bitch about the city they chose to live in. That said, a rat running through the local Metro Market downtown might be a bridge too far. This rat is running through the cased meat section of the store looking for a snack and trying to find its net big score.
From what I understand from the Internet, it’s pretty common to have rats running around in grocery stores or having mice pop up here and there. My guess is the same could be said for a restaurant too. It’s bound to happen. And I’ve watched enough Bar Rescue to know if it’s dirty and there is food, it is likely you’re going to have a mice problem. From personal experience, it’s a complete bitch to deal with mice.
I’ve had two mice problems in my lifetime. One was back in my old apartment. We were not the cleanest dudes, but it wasn’t our fault. The apartment we lived in was right next to a brewery plus a river. That is a breeding ground for mice, especially in the Fall. The garbage shoot got stuck one weekend and it led to an infestation of mice. The second time, it was a pipe issue that led us to a mouse or two mice running around my current place. Both times, I won the war against these critters and felt like the US Government after they got Saddam Hussian.
