I’m going to sound like the old guy in the room, but Lambeau Squirrel is going to be so tiresome by the end of the week. People love these sort of thing whether it’s ‘Miller Park Hawk’ or ‘Marquette Bat.’ Either way, they all suck with their parody Twitter accounts. Maybe, I’m grumpy about it because Green Bay lost the game to Indianapolis. It was kind of crazy to hear fans start cheering while Indianapolis found themselves in the red zone because the squirrel reappeared on the field. If they had won yesterday, the squirrel is probably seen as a ‘rally squirrel’ versus just some random creature who made it on Green Bay’s turf.

The little kids that were behind us did crack good squirrel jokes and I, for one, appreciated that.
