Avery Bradley Hits A Game-Winner In Celts Stunner

Hand up, I turned it to the Billboard Music Awards in the third quarter. I thought it would be the same old thing with Cleveland blowing out Boston in the second half. As Lee Corso says, ‘Not so fast, my friend!’ Celtics locked down on defense, and they battled back to make it a game for the fourth quarter. In that fourth, they held LeBron silent and gave the team a chance. Brad Stevens drew up a beauty of a last play that led to Avery Bradley having a wide-open jumper for the Game 3 win.

Bradley gets an insane roll on the shot to give Boston Game 3 and guarantee a trip back to Boston for Game 5. Brad Stevens lives for this shit though. Butler was always the underdog in the NCAA Tournament, and somehow, someway, they won the basketball game. Jonas Jerebko gave them great minutes off the bench. Marcus Smart was out of his fucking mind from three, and Bradley played a hell of a game all around. Debate shows will go nuts with this one as they’re will be the ‘Are Celtics better without Isaiah Thomas?’ (Uhh, maybe?) and ‘LeBron only scored 11 points, why didn’t he kill them?!’ (Maybe, the dude was tired and had an off game, it happens).
Who knows what we’ll see in Game 4. I’m going to say as my friend KG once put it, anything is possible.
Charlie.
