Bart Starr is one of the best athletes of all-time. When I say best, I don’t mean his accomplishments, although, those are pretty good. Bart Starr is a great human. To me, he embodies a lot of what you want the Green Bay Packers to be in the future. There’s a reason why Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers both have unique relationships with him, and both call him a friend. He has that way about him. On Monday, Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts met the former Alabama quarterback Starr where he presented both players with Starr Packers jerseys

Those Starr jerseys are an amazing gift. That’s something you get framed right away and put it up in your favorite sports room. As a college kid, that might be tough, but you keep it safe. Tagovailoa and Hurts are both awesome kids, so, I’m sure they made a good impression on the former Packers great. It’s good to see the players of this generation get familiar with those who paved the way.
