Cliff Avril, Noted Nut Puncher, per T.J. Lang

There were some funny moments in last night’s Packers game. We’ll get to another one later this afternoon. FOX Sports told us the Walter Payton Man of the Year nominees this year for Seattle and Green Bay are Cliff Avril and Jayroe Elliott. Not more than five minutes later, T.J. Lang appears to be yelling at Avril after the play, and he stays on the field almost right when Jacob Schum is getting ready to punt. A fan chirps him on Twitter that he should have more ‘class’ and not argue with plays. First and foremost, screw that guy and let’s fire the term ‘classy’ into the sun. Lang explains why Avril upset him.
Sorry man, I'll try to keep my composure next time I get punched in the nuts. https://t.co/i1FOPmxTn1

That’s pretty logical reason to be mad at someone. It’s a classic Seahawks move to have a nut puncher be the nominee for the ‘Walter Payton Man of the Year.’ Some dude with insufficient daddy issues (Shouts to Bomani Jones) knocking guys in the nuts for no reason. There’s no real tape of the alleged nut punch meaning the Man of the Year nominee Avril will not get fined for his nut punch.
We talked last week about the rivalry between these two teams, and yesterday, a few things including this nut punch justified its existence. Also, this shade from Davante Adams was a nice touch.
