Clinton Portis, Santana Moss & Sean Taylor Pregame Henny Shot >>>

There are certain stories that are made for me, and one is the Clinton Portis, Santana Moss, Sean Taylor story from an interview the first two guys did with Washington D.C. media. I love the idea that the three former Washington Redskins players, all from the University of Miami, did a shot of Henny before games, and that Washington’s coach Jim Zorn lost the team when he told them that the Henny shot wouldn’t be able to happen. I would love to be a fly in that room when Zorn said that this wasn’t happening anymore.
ICYMI: Raw emotion and never before heard stories from @TheRealC_Portis and @EIGHTTODANINE as this week marks the 10 year anniversary of Sean Taylor's tragic death #Redskins #SeanTaylor pic.twitter.com/CSAPolLyvB

Apparently, this is about 45 minutes long and pretty good. Washington Post did a good summary of the whole thing if you’re interested as Portis and Moss reflect on stories about Taylor. Listening and reading how they explain the pregame shot, I don’t really hate the move. It’s not a Josh Gordon situation where you’re showing up drunk at the game. It’s just one shot of booze for a little boost in energy. I can’t hate the move, and honestly, this is such a move from players from The U, it’s almost expected.
