Game of Thrones wrapped up their second-to-last episode last night. People felt all over the place about it. I will not spoil it for you, and let you draw your own conclusions. Rumors came out earlier last week that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers would appear on the show. Sure enough, a guy in the Golden Company looked a lot like Rodgers and people ran with it because Game of Thrones + Rodgers = all of the clicks. Due to the nature of the episode, people didn’t see Rodgers in the rubble yet that was his role, not a solider.

Look, I don’t blame the media, you have to get your clicks up. But they could have waited like your boy, and this would not have been a problem. Also, I think you’re dealing with people who want to pump out the story on Mother’s Day Sunday, so, they can spend them with their loved ones. The soldier did look like Rodgers though. It’s the baby face version of him though which is not a look we saw often from the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.
