As Expected, Jabari Parker Isn’t An All-Star

Milwaukee Bucks forward Jabari Parker will be on the honorable mention of All-Star possiblities, but he didn’t make the actual team this evening. People thought it might too greedy for Bucks to get two All-Stars when Giannis Antetokounmpo was selected starter a couple weeks ago then Bucks struggled in the last two weeks, and that sealed their fate. If Bucks got hot in the last two or three weeks and had like a 25-20 record, we might have more of a case for Parker to be part of the All-Star festivities. Next year could be the year where we see both Bucks stars in the All-Star Game.
I wouldn’t hate it one bit if we get a ‘revenge’ game for Jabari on Friday night versus Toronto. As for the reserves, I have no idea what Klay Thompson is doing there. I get the Paul Millsap thing I guess given Hawks are a pretty good team, but Joel Embiid would have been electric to have there.
It should be a fun game as always.
Charlie.
