Frank Ragnow’s Family Delighted He’s Not a Packer

Detroit Lions newest center Frank Ragnow went to school in Arkansas, but he’s from Minnesota originally. They had all of their family and friends together at their parents Minnesota home for the first round of the draft. Like everything else in the world, people had this on video, and when the Packers draft pick came up, they went with Jaire Alexander, the family had a slight of relief. ‘Dodged a bullet there’ was one of the comments. Apparently, the Lions do not have the same concerns. Very happy that the Packers do not have to deal with this insecure family. Just classic Minnesota sports fans who are so scared of winning.
The whole Packer stuff comes in around 1:15 mark, and it’s kind of wild to watch. Ragnow does not seem to have an issue with being a Packer. He sort of awkwardly smiles about his family making jokes about him being part of Green Bay. I’m sure he’s thinking ‘Shut the fuck up, I’m happy to play anywhere. I don’t need any awkward moments.’ I am not going to put this on Ragnow. It’s not his fault his family could not put their Minnesota sports fandom aside to wear the Green and Gold. We’ll see him later this season.
