OH MY GOD. Aaron Rodgers revealed on Wilde and Tausch on Tuesday morning that he spent some time in Mississippi with Brett Favre. Yes, you read that right. Rodgers and Favre hung out like bros over the summer. We heard absolutely nothing of it. I’m amazed that it was kept completely silent, but that’s what happened with the Rodgers-Favre meeting in Mississippi. Rodgers said that there might be video footage of it. I NEED TO SEE EVERYTHING.

You do not understand here. This has the chance to be the single greatest thing in Packers lore. If you would tell me in 2008 that Rodgers and Favre would be friends 10 years later, and Rodgers pays a visit Favre in Mississippi, I laugh you out of the room. These two fucking hate each other. There were times where Rodgers did not play well when Favre was in the building like the Dallas game in 2016 and the Chicago meltdown in 2015. Each game featured a skittish Rodgers. You cannot tell me that Favre being there affected him. At that time, those two were not on common ground.

Two legends have come together, and I will watch every fucking minute of it.
