Green Bay-Atlanta Gets Flexed to 3:25 pm

NFL announced yesterday Green Bay-Atlanta’s game on 10/30 will be a 3:25 pm start versus a noon game. They’re replacing Arizona-Carolina with this game. First, that’s amazing. If you were to tell me Packers-Falcons would carry more weight than Cardinals-Panthers, I would call you a liar. This means Green Bay will go a stunning five straight weeks without a noon game. They will finally get a noon game versus Tennessee in mid-November.
A couple of my buddies love the noon start. I’ve become more a fan of it because it allows you more freedom throughout your day. The late games forced productivity on you Sunday early afternoon and who the hell wants that? As the games start at 12, there should be Packer football more than a couple times a year.
This also means a lot of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman which doesn’t bother me.
