I’m going to need a cigarette looking at Marquette’s newest shoes that are for sale to the general public, and they are some of the best I’ve seen from the Jordan Brand. I’m not a sneakers guy, but my goodness, these are great. What a strong idea from Nike and Jordan unleashing seven different type of team shoes including Marquette. These are going to move like hot cakes.

I really hope the team wears them for their final two games of the regular season then any games after that. These are things of beauty. I told my girlfriend yesterday that I bought a “Soerry” shirt and got ridiculed for having too many clothes. What happens if I suggest I’m buying 160 dollar kicks mostly as collector items to be worn at various times throughout the basketball season? I’m sure that conversation would go over swimmingly.

Another major takeaway here is there’s no better supplier for college basketball gear than Jordan. They continue to be at the front of the line with great products, and know their brands instead of trying too hard to be something they are not.
