MLB Players Finally Show Their Bite on Social Media

Major League Baseball players have had enough. They’ve probably had enough for some time. But for the first time, MLB players are showing it on social media. This is something that I begged the MLB to do a month ago. Player empowerment is a real thing. And now you’re finally starting to see it from the players. They’ve had enough. Milwaukee Brewers star player Christian Yelich directed his followers to a thread that Cincinnati Reds’ pitcher Trevor Bauer put together yesterday afternoon. If you haven’t read Bauer’s thread, it’s a must-read.
If you’re a baseball fan and really want to know what’s going on. Look no further 👇🏻 https://t.co/2EvsVs0aPP

Yelich isn’t the only one to speak up. Anthony Rizzo is all over Twitter and Instagram. Francisco Lindor, Pete Alonso, Josh Reddick, Marcus Stroman, Alex Bergman, Jason Kipnis and I’m sure a few others all made their voice known. A message got out from the MLBPA to start a ruckus on social media. That’s a good thing. Watch as these players will all find their way to podcasts, TV shows, and anything else the rest of the week. They’re going to put the pressure down on Manfred.
