This Packers Fan Knew Cowboys Fans Celebrated Too Early

When I went through the radio dial and the podcasts yesterday with a recap of Sunday’s events, people knew Aaron Rodgers was winning that football game. National radio host Dan Patrick went ‘Did anyone actually think Aaron Rodgers was losing that game?’ Same went for Bill Simmons who said “Aaron Rodgers is fun to watch play football.” This Packer fan knew as well as he sat among a ton of Cowboys fans at AT&T Stadium who were celebrating after the touchdown with 1:13 left. The fan knew it was too early.

I love this so much because it’s damn cocky by the Packers fan, but he knows what’s coming, we’ve seen it before with Aaron Rodgers. I honestly felt like Green Bay was at least tying this football game. I did not think for a second that Green Bay would lose this football game because Dallas’ defense did not show they could stop the Packers all game long. And the whole ‘Rodgers is the best quarterback on the plant’ thing. It had to be something to be celebrating with your friends while all of the Cowboys fans around you sulked for their second straight loss. I haven’t been to a road NFL game, but I can imagine that’s a great feeling.
