Packers National Anthem Singer Screws Up Badly
To sing the National Anthem at a pro sports event would be tough without question. There are some sports where it might be a bit easier. Take an NBA game on Monday or Tuesday when there aren’t many people there, the pressure isn’t that significant. But a game at Lambeau Field where there are 77,000+ in attendance, that has to be rough. He gets through the first line of the anthem fine, then he completely biffs on the second one. The best part is he knows it right away and tries to make a recovery.
Kudos to him for bouncing back, but that’s a tough look. Reading the YouTube comments, which is like pouring gasoline in your eyes, states the singer had to be thrown into action after the initial singer could not make the game. This is a good example of why you don’t try to do too much. Frank wanted to be hero, and now we’re laughing at him. If you are Frank, do you have a few beers and just black out the day? That’s probably what I do. Get so drunk that I forget what I did and move on with my day.
Charlie.
