PODCAST: Win and You’re In, Wisconsin’s Mantra

Welcome to another edition of Tapping The Keg podcast. Mitch and Charlie join you after a week hiatus. We took a break with the holidays and came back with that fire. It’s always fun to get back into the booth after a short break. The show is a fun one with three big topics – Wisconsin football, Packers and Milwaukee Bucks. We had a good time with all threes, and for the first time in a long time, we began with college football.
– We talk about the Badgers’ success up to this point. Their football team continued to stay undefeated after their win against Minnesota, and how can they keep up against Ohio State? Look at the matchup that this Badgers defense faces against J.T. Barrett and their rushing attack. We discuss that as well as talk about Wisconsin is a team full of ‘dudes.’
– We move on to the Packers where we discuss the heartbreaker on Sunday night. We give our takes about Brett Hundley with all of the things that right with him, and the few rookie mistakes made by others. Moral victory gets thrown a lot, but that was one as Mitch said. Charlie brings up why he thinks its curtains for Dom Capers at the end of the year.
– We finish off with some Bucks talk. Now, this is taped prior to the Bucks demolishing the Kings, so, we’re a little salty about everything still related to Jason Kidd. It’s funny we suggested that they could lose this game. We do explain how Kidd needs to make some changes in order for Milwaukee to be successful.
