Starting To Feel Like Jim Harbaugh Might Be The New Vikings Coach

Jim Harbaugh has not been in the National Football League in a few years now. Harbaugh is well-liked at Michigan as the son who came home and took Michigan to the mountain top this season. Harbaugh beat Ohio State then lost to Georgia in the National Championship. People assumed Harbaugh would build a monster at Michigan. But he started to get wandering eyes to the NFL again. Almost like he checked this box of beating Ohio State and making the playoff. Now, he is set to interview with Minnesota on National Signing Day. He is also leaving Michigan to interview for his job. It is starting to get the feel like Harbaugh is taking the job.
The #Vikings plan to fly in Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh for an interview Wednesday in Minnesota, per sources.
The sides spoke Saturday to gauge Harbaugh’s interest in the head coaching job. Now, another big step towards Harbaugh potentially returning to the NFL.

The assumption is that Vic Fangio would come with Harbaugh to Minnesota. If that’s the case, this is the worst-case scenario for the Green Bay Packers. The combination of Fangio and Harbaugh dominated the McCarthy Packers in the early 2010s. Now, things are completely different. Hell, Aaron Rodgers might not be there. But regardless, Harbaugh is a good coach. You can’t deny his success in the NFL, and if that’s coming to Minnesota, it’s an issue. Look at Pete Carroll, Bill Belichick, etc, their second time around.
Semi-related, how about having Harbaugh and P.J. Fleck in the same city? That would be enough ego to fill up two cities. Guessing that Fleck would not be the top dog there. I do also wonder if Harbaugh reached out to his Big Ten counterpart to ask about Minneapolis and the area.
