Christian Yelich won the National League MVP in 2018. Giannis Antetokounmpo could very well be the MVP of the NBA in a month or so. They had never met despite living in the same city. Obviously, they both have busy schedules, and it is hard to see each other. But it finally happened after Game 5 with Giannis and Christian meeting after the game. The guys were shooting the shit about a variety of things it looks from the picture, but it is really cool to see those two together as the two newest faces of not only Milwaukee sports but Wisconsin sports as well.

These guys are the best. Some company needs to figure out a way to get Giannis, Christian and Aaron Rodgers all together for a roundtable discussion and makes loads of money. There isn’t a good time in the calendar when that could happen likely but holy shit would that be an awesome scene. These guys are special, and Milwaukee is lucky to have them. The fact that Milwaukee is the epicenter of the sports world is wild to me. What other place in the United States has seen its basketball and baseball team find themselves in the final four of their respective sport in the calendar year. Sure, Boston has two titles and hunting a third. They’re the standard, but Milwaukee is right behind them.
