Yelich, Giannis, Rodgers All to Appear on ESPN Wisconsin’s Radiothon

ESPN Milwaukee is teaming with Milwaukee Bucks forward Pat Connaughton on Thursday. Connaughton will be doing 11 hours of radio with the ESPN Milwaukee and ESPN Madison crew. During the eleven hours, there are going to be wall-to-wall great guests. Further, every dollar donated to the COVID relief fund, former Bucks owner Herb Kohl will match those dollars. Connaughton is bringing out the big guns too as Christian Yelich, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Aaron Rodgers are all scheduled to appear at some point tomorrow. What other radio station, podcast, tv station in the State of Wisconsin can have all three MVP’s on the same damn day? It is truly impressive stuff by ESPN Wisconsin crew.
Connaughton will likely do most of the talking in these interviews but still, there are a lot of questions to ask all three players. Rodgers discussed all the Jordan Love tea as the kids would say last week. But I’m sure there are things unanswered. Giannis’ perspective on the phone call he had with LeBron, Kawhi, CP3, and others will be interesting. I doubt Connaughton or his co-host will press Yelich on the labor talks but regardless, I hope Yelich gives some sort of perspective.
The three MVPs are not the only big names that are scheduled to appear throughout the day. ESPN Wisconsin will also have Khris Middleton, Kyle Korver, Donte DiVencenzo, Marc Lasry, Jon Horst, Mike Budenholzer, Craig Counsell, Josh Hader, Brent Suter. This is a loaded day. It is rare to have a day that is must-listen on radio, but this might be an example of it.
