Mayo Bowl Trophy Gets Broken As a Nation Shed a Tear For It
Wisconsin Badgers won the Duke’s Mayo Bowl with an impressive performance against Wake Forest. It’s been a hell of a year for the Badgers, and they celebrated quite a bit after the game. Look, I get it. The COVID stuff has been a mess. Things didn’t work out exactly how you planned this year. Some guys probably haven’t beat cheeks in months or they’ve worn a mask while doing it. You want to crump. All of us would want to crump in that scenario. But the Badgers crumped too hard and broke their Duke’s Mayo Bowl trophy.
Wisconsin may be going home empty handed …
It appears that the trophy from the Duke's Mayo Bowl is shattered 😳

Apparently, the crystal that Wisconsin broke was Waterford. It will get replaced. But the Duke’s Mayo Bowl people were thinking about leaving it with the design that Graham Mertz created putting mayo on top of it. I know everyone wants to talk about the Cheez-It Bowl, but Duke’s Mayo has to take the cake for the best bowl game thus far with the broken trophy incident. If you’re wondering if you can get Duke’s Mayo, it is available at Metro Market in a small container. I nearly bought some, but I also bought a large jar of Hellman’s on this trip. Felt like it would be a bad idea to buy two things of mayo because I would definitely get judged.
