Packers’ Players Meetings with Rookies Stress Super Bowl or Bust Mentaility
On Thursday, Davante Adams said the Green Bay Packers were the ‘hungriest team’ he had ever played with. There is a full sense of ‘all-in’ and ‘Super Bowl or bust.’ The Packers are not here to fuck around this season. Everybody knows what’s on the line and knows that next year will be different. Let’s not talk about that. I’m not worried about the 2022 season. Yesterday, Matt LaFleur revealed that Aaron Rodgers asked the coaches to meet with the rookies just as players. Give me all the money in the world to find out what that conversation was, but I have an idea.
Matt LaFleur said Aaron Rodgers approached him about players meeting with rookies, where vets stressed expectations for this season. LaFleur thought it was great idea: "I was not at the meeting, but the feedback I received is that it was pretty beneficial for those young guys."

They likely told the rookies – ‘Look, no one knows who is going to be around next year. We have this year and that is it. Let’s win a fucking Super Bowl.’That is my true belief. They wanted to tell the rookies that this year is more important than most years. If you pair this with Adams’ comments, the Packers are showing their backing up their bite.
I couldn’t feel better about this team.
