Team Europe Rocks Cheeseheads & Green/Gold At Ryder Cup

Despite being in Wisconsin, we haven’t talked too much about the Ryder Cup. It’s not because I don’t want to. In fact, I’m looking forward to it this weekend. In a jam-packed weekend of sports, it will be tough to decide who gets the main television, The Ryder Cup or college football. The United States is trying to win on home soil for the second straight time they’ve been here. That’s a tall task shockingly for the Americans. They haven’t done that since 1979 then again in 1983. Team Europe does more team-building and is more of a unit than the Americans. They just are and this makes things hard for the U.S. They do fun stuff like wear Green and Gold and wear cheeseheads to try to get some Wisconsin support.
Team Europe showed up wearing the Green and Gold and also wearing cheeeseheads. They said it was to respect the place where the event was taking place and to get more fans on their side. Europe does not have as many fans as they would in typical years due to the covid restrictions, so, I guess this is their way to gaining support.

As I noted in a Mini-Keg yesterday, you’re not going to buy my support that easily. It’s a nice gesture, but I still bleed the red, white, and blue. Cheeseheads or not, it’s about the country. I will say that is a little annoying how much these European guys like each other. They’re dudes. You can look through social and just tell how much everyone likes each other.
@tappingthekegsports No matter how WI you get, itβs always Team USA over Europe at the ##RyderCup ##wisconsin ##cheesehead ##fy ##foryou ##fyp ##golf ##teamusa ##pga ##teameurope
Let’s go USA.
