Brandon Jennings Brings Back Bucks In 6

Every now and again, we get a tweet of a year nominee. It can come out nowhere, and tonight, it came from Washington Wizards and former Milwaukee Buck Brandon Jennings. The artist formerly known as Young Buck had some fun with the #LaVarBallSays hashtag which took off like wildfire on Tuesday. Jennings dropped what has become one of the biggest ‘Bucks fans terms’ ever with “Bucks in 6.”

I shouldn’t have to explain this to you if you’re a Bucks or NBA fan, but in case you forgot, it originated from Jennings as he talked about Milwaukee’s chances against then-awesome Miami Heat led by LeBron James. But this is such a GREAT tweet. The former first-rounder never really acknowledged what he said after the fact, but it’s become a thing Bucks fans do. If they make the playoffs this year, I guarantee people will say ‘Bucks in Six’ without actually being serious about the results.
Good to see Jennings can have a sense of humor, and while I’ve suspended my hate for Lavar, I can get behind that beautiful hashtag even if he won’t shut up.
Charlie.
