Brent Suter Describes Taking a Ball Off His Nipple

Milwaukee Brewers are rolling right now. It’s a great time to be a Brewers fan. There’s something special going on with this team. They’re a ton of fun and seem to not take things too seriously. Case in point, yesterday’s starter Brent Suter talked about the comebacker that drilled him early on in the ball game. On the broadcast, the baseball looked to have ricoheted off his arm, but in fact, Suter told the media that hit him directly on the nipple. That’s one place to take a baseball to on your body.
“It got me right on the nipple area.” Here’s Brent Suter’s unexpectedly detailed description of the comebacker he took in the second inning. pic.twitter.com/KBs87sDPMJ

Suter said it felt like a ‘nipple twister.’ I can relate to what he’s saying there. Basically, he got his nipple pinched at the mound by a baseball coming directly at him. There’s going to be an epic bruise around the chest area for him. I’m sure that will hurt into the next couple starts as well because that’s not a bruise that goes away any time soon. Nipples bruise very easily and stay bruised for a little while. Hell of a story for Suter though.
