Milwaukee Chef Will Try To Do Us All A Favor & Beat Bobby Flay on Sunday

On Sunday afternoon, you have the Milwaukee Brewers in action during the day taking on the hated Chicago Cubs. On Sunday night, you have Milwaukee chef Dan Jacobs, co-owner of Dandan trying to beat the hated Bobby Flay on the Food Network TV Show ‘Beat Bobby Flay.’ From my knowledge, it is the first time a Milwaukee chef is trying to take down Bobby Flay in the hit television show. He has to make it past another chef before taking on Bobby Flay in the final round.
I don’t know about other people’s relationships but Food Network is the perfect television programming for couples. My fiancee and I enjoy the Food Network more than most networks with Bravo coming in second (I’m a big Housewives guy and don’t care what you think). Beat Bobby Flay is probably their best show running. It is a hodgepodge of some of their best shows. You have the competition element. Flay assuming the role of being the villain in the show. Food Network celebrities trying to take him down. And the unpredictable of nature what people are cooking. Nothing is more amusing or frustrating when a chef tries to cook southwestern food against Flay. That’s like challenging Mike Trout to a home run hitting contest.
Good luck to chef Dan. If he advances past the first round, we’ll see if he brings in some of the specialties we’ve seen from his various restaurants.
Charlie.
