Not Everyone is a Packers Fan, Tammy Baldwin

United States Senator Tammy Baldwin created a ‘Go Pack Go’ bill yesterday. The bill makes sure that Packers fans in the bordering Wisconsin counties would be able to watch the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay would take priority over teams like Minnesota Vikings or the Chicago Bears. It’s a nice gesture from Senator Baldwin, but it’s ignoring the fact there are many football fans who are not Packes fans in this state. What’s she saying to the Vikings and Bears fans that live in Wisconsin and have a chance to vote her back into office this November?
Today, I introduced the #GoPackGo Act because no Packers fan should ever be forced to watch 𝙑𝙞𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 games. 💚🧀💛 pic.twitter.com/n2wyzrpON7

I’m unsure how this happens with the National Football League. I’m sure Baldwin’s team figured it out, but how is it forced that the Packers get full priority of the state? I will say this comes more into play than recent years with the heavy amount of noon games which have the greatest chance for potential conflict. And how does she explain this bill to a Vikings fan who gets to enjoy their team even in the state of Wisconsin? I’m not big on Vikings fans’ feelings really ever, but when you need votes in what could be a close race this November, you have to worry about these things.
As young child in Miami once said, good job, good effort.
