Would You Wear Jordan Golf Shoes?

Today, Nike Golf announced they will be releasing Jordan golf shoe that will resemble Air Jordan High I, one of the most iconic basketball shoes in the last 30 years. The shoe is a high top which is something you don’t see from a golf shoe, but from the sound of it, Nike made the shoe to be the most comfortable for a golfer. This is not all about fashion, rather, it’s being meant for serious golfers. I wonder if anyone on the tour will rock these in the coming weeks? Keegan Bradley is the heavy favorite.
But the question is would you, the common golfer, wear these shoes? My answer is yes with a caveat. I would not pay 200 dollars for those shoes. No way. I’m not paying 200 dollars for any shoe. I don’t care if it’s top notch shoe, and I’m going to look fly as fuck, it’s not happening. But if Nike Golf sends me a free pair, I’ll probably try them out for the first couple rounds of the season. This is a shoe though for the South and West Coast because Midwest golfers can’t wear these until maybe mid-May. First or second time out in Wisconsin you’re dealing with all sorts of mud, and you’re not busting the J’s out for that.
Every year, I say I’m going to play more golf in the summer, and I think this is the year where I do it. We’ll see if it happens, but I need to improve as a golfer, simple as that.
Charlie.
