If You Compare Aaron Rodgers to Antonio Brown, You’re An Idiot.

Aaron Rodgers is one of the athletes that had a lot of controversy around him when it came to COVID-19. Rodgers is unvaccinated, and that was only found out after Rodgers had tested positive for COVID-19. This caused the quarterback to miss the game against the Kansas City Chiefs. The jury is still out on if that will end up biting the Packers in the ass. Antonio Brown also found himself in the news during this time when it was revealed that he faked his vaccination card along with Tampa’s safety Mike Edwards. There are some who are wading in the water to compare Rodgers and Brown. If you do that, I can’t help you.
Here’s the thing, both people are unvaccinated. One did not fake his status and the other did. If you want to say that Rodgers lied to the media, fine, be my guest. But that is a far cry from faking your vaccination. That is straight-up deceitful and honestly illegal. In a normal job, Brown would have probably been fired. NFL is not a normal job and him getting suspended is justified. But I will say the Tampa Bay Buccaneers deserve some sort of punishment too for not realizing the vaccination card was fake. Did they ignore it? If so, that raises more questions than anything Rodgers did.
We try to compare things all the time in today’s hyper-sensitive world, but sometimes, the comparison isn’t there. This is apples to pineapples. No similarity between these two besides the overall stance on vaccinations. People do not like Rodgers, and because of that, they want to see him suffer. There is no reason that Rodgers should be suspended for not informing the world that he’s unvaccinated. It’s Rodgers’ choice, and if he had it his way, this story would have never gotten out in the first place.
Antonio Brown is a clown and this is just another example of it.
