The Taysom Hill Hive Is Furiously Deleting Tweets This Morning
Remember when Packers fans were up in arms that Green Bay did not keep Taysom Hill? The reaction from fans was that we let the next Brett Favre walk out the door. Okay, maybe that is a little intense. But still, people acted like Hill was going to be this great player for New Orleans. Sean Payton utilized Hill in special ways to alleviate Drew Brees who was past his prime, but Payton became obsessed with Hill like Joe from that terrible Netflix show ‘You.’ Finally, Payton got to showcase Hill as a starting quarterback in the NFL. Hill threw four interceptions and was downright awful. Here are some fun Taysom tweets to look back on.
If you don't think Taysom Hill is a future star in the NFL, you haven't been paying close enough attention to him. He was the best player on the field for either team in the Saints-Vikings playoff game. The biggest question is can he stay healthy if used all the time?

This is a huge day for all of us that stood on the corner that Hill was a fraud. He showed that tonight. This justifies what the Packers did years ago. It’s laugh-out-loud funny that the Saints gave this guy more money. I realize this was some cap shenanigans that they love to pull, but still, I can’t imagine my team giving Hill any sort of paycheck. That feels pretty stupid to me. At the end of the day, you need to be able to pass a little bit in the NFL. Running around can work for only so long before you actually have to throw the football. If Hill had a little bit more of an arm, he might have given Dallas trouble.
