There were reports earlier today that Aaron Rodgers had surgery on his collarbone. This isn’t a guarantee that Rodgers plays this season, but some believe that the surgery will quicken up the process. Rodgers vowed a comeback in his Instagram post and thanking the fans for their support. We’ll see how long the comeback actually takes this time around. It’s truly heartbreaking to see this image. But here’s hoping the road to recovery does not have any setbacks.

A part of me feels bad for Rodgers in the non-football sense because he does not really have the support that others do when they get hurt. No family, no girlfriend, just yourself and maybe a pooch around the house. Now, we don’t know if Rodgers is currently dating someone to help him out, but that sucks, he doesn’t have the same support system as others. I’m sure he’ll do his best to be around for Brett Hundley and help out when he can.
