We all know that Diddy is a marketing genius. The guy has been at it for many years. After reports came out that Jerry Richardson will be selling the Carolina Panthers, Diddy, rap mogul, wants to the Panthers new owner. He wants to be the first majority African American owner. It’s an ambitious goal with Steph Curry wanting to have a piece as well, but the reality is this is all a ruse and I appreciate it Diddy doing this for the headlines down the stretch of the football season.

In 2018, Diddy has a new reality television show coming out with heavy hitters like DJ Khaled and Meghan Trainor on FOX. It’s been heavily promoted by the network especially during football games. This will give Diddy an opportunity to a bigger press run to promote ‘The Four’ by leveraging this whole act that he wants to be an NFL owner. I don’t hate this move at all by the rap mogul. It’s a way to get your name out in the media and draw attention to this brand new singing show that hopes to be FOX’s answer to ‘The Voice.’

There is a 0.0000001 percent chance this actually happens. Diddy is going to have quite the field day with the media this week, but it’s not going to actually go anywhere.
