This might be my favorite video on the Internet in quite some time. Migos, the rap group, is one of the big winners so far in 2017. They are everywhere. After a year or two of being popular only with the Internet, the Atlanta group blew out with their smash hit ‘Bad and Boujee.’ So much so that they gained an appearance on Ellen, and yes, it’s hilarious. There are so many great Internet moments here, I’m not sure which one is my favorite.

Like this crowd has no idea how to react to Migos. We have middle age moms in the background that have zero clue what’s going on. Can you imagine bringing your mom to Ellen when Migos is performing? Last week it could have been Ed Sheeran, but this week, they’re getting Migos. The conversation after the performance would be the goddamn best. Who knows maybe they would have a fan or two added from this Ellen performance, but I’m guessing not a lot of them.

Related, this is such a try hard move from Ellen. She wants to always be on the cutting edge of cool and hip when she runs a television show for stay-at-home parents who are dealing with their child or children’s laundry lists of complaints. GTFO.
