Scottie Pippen is a legend of the game. He had a solid year in 2020. Maybe not the year that his teammate Michael Jordan had but still in the news more than he has been in years. Pippen also delivered a great quote when he refused surgery because ‘He didn’t want to fuck up his summer.’ Pippen is also a defender of Giannis Antetokounmpo. Richard Jefferson, former Milwaukee Buck player, delivered one of the worst takes of all-time about Giannis saying ‘He is more like Scottie Pippin, maybe he needs his MJ.’ The Bulls legend responded beautifully.

There is no coming back from that. Jefferson had fun with today and compared his game to Scottie Burrell. Good for the Bulls great on this one. This is how you immediately shut up a stupid narrative. Come out and be like ‘No, that’s absolute bullshit.’ I wish Giannis would have done that with Golden State. Could he leave? Yeah. Do I think it’s Golden State? No, they have financial issues.
