Aaron Rodgers, Like Always, Has a Message For The Haters.
Aaron Rodgers always hears the haters. He just does. Some people like it. Some people absolutely hate it. I think those that hate it, don’t like the Packers typically. Rodgers talked about the haters in his press conference last night after the game saying ‘It’s nice to get the trolls off our back at least for one week.’ The Packers quarterback knows there is a lot of smoke about this team right now. People do not want him or Green Bay to succeed. There is a lot of ‘hate us because you ain’t us’ energy that goes on with the Packers and the rest of the NFL world.
More Aaron Rodgers: “I think that there’s even more now than when I started playing. There’s so many overreactions that happen on a week-to-week basis. So it’s nice to come out, have a good performance and get the trolls off our back for at least a week.” https://t.co/TBjLcLzHxs

People can say ‘Well, you deserved to get trolled after the last game.’ Not denying that you can be mad at Rodgers and mad at the offense, I certainly was too. What I believe Rodgers is speaking to is the people who thought the quarterback was sabotaging the season. Remember it was not just a funny joke from Barstool Big Cat, noted Chicago Bears fans. Stephan A. Smith wondered it too! Same with CBS Sports! That is more than just busting balls humor from a guy who hates Rodgers. Those are the trolls.
The annoying thing is that if the Packers lose to San Francisco, the trolls will be back. A 1-2 start isn’t ideal, but it’s not the end of the world. The sky would be falling for some, but truly, it’s the Niners’ home opener plus the first game with a full house since 2019, I expect that to be a hard one to win. Yet because people wish they had Rodgers to cheer for, they will do their same hating ass bullshit.
