Norman’s Punch Knocks Out Packers Playoff Hopes

At some point, there will be a time where I write about a Packers victory. Tonight isn’t that night. Washington Redskins embarrassed Green Bay’s defense with over 500 yards of offense. They ignore the heavy winds to beat Green Bay’s ass in the second half with nearly 30 points. Packers are watching one of the worst collapses in their franchise’s history, and maybe one of their worst teams in quite some time. Josh Norman and Robert Kelley sealed Washington’s victory in the fourth quarter. Norman did his best Peanut Tillman impression with a punch out and recovery then Kelley gashed a hapless defense for 66 yards.
We’ll talk about some good news tomorrow with Star Ratings, but this Packers team is close to completely finished. I’m not sure what’s left for this defense. If Damarious Randall can come back in two weeks maybe they have a chance, but the uphill climb went from a hill you hike on a random Saturday to Mount Everest. At this point, I’m prepared for anything for Green Bay. 4-12 to 9-7, anything can happen.
If Green Bay doesn’t make some sort of change this week, they’ve given up on the season.
Charlie.
