The Window Is Wide Open For the Bucks to Win More Championships

One of the things that I think people missed throughout the playoffs, especially when Milwaukee was struggling, is that the window for championships for the Milwaukee Bucks just flew open. The window is wide open. I told myself this on the podcast multiple times when things weren’t looking great. This was not a fluke. Some people will say that, and they’re just trying to get attention. Milwaukee’s window is wide open, and they already nabbed one. Milwaukee has a guaranteed three years with these three guys. Then we’ll see about player options in year four and potentially year five. They have an opportunity to do something special in the next half-decade. I discussed this in my recent podcast as well.
Will there be other contenders in the Eastern Conference? Sure. Brooklyn will get all the hype next year. Philadelphia will have a new look to them. What that look is, I’m not sure. Miami will find a way to be relevant again. Same for Boston. And maybe Toronto. Will we see the newcomers, Atlanta and New York, contend? Or are they one-hit wonders? Despite the rating nightmare, the NBA is in a great spot with many potentially talented teams. Western Conference will be loaded too, but that’s less of a concern for Milwaukee until we get to June.
Let’s hope for more championship and Brat House Boyz runs.
