Don’t Care if Jay Williams’ Story Is Fake, Giannis Should Use It As Motiviation

Get Up had a chance to be ugly for Wisconsin sports on Tuesday morning. We had the Aaron Rodgers news coupled with the Milwaukee Bucks getting embarrassed in Game 2. The national media was ready to rain 1000 suns down on the Bucks and probably the Green Bay Packers. Although for the Packers, they’re beating a horse that is already dead. Jay Williams of ESPN told a story about how Kevin Durant told him to never compare him and Giannis Antetokounmpo together. Williams made it seem that Durant did not think Giannis could be at his level. Of course, because Durant is too online, he came up and said that didn’t happen. Guess what I don’t care! Use it as motivation, Giannis!

Mans will do anything to advance their careers in this media shit, wanting to be accepted by an industry that will dispose of you whenever they please. Keep me out all that corny ass talk about whos better and legacy and all that dumb ass shit. I don’t even talk like that

If this is the thing that flips the series, that would bring me joy beyond my years. At this point, I can use anything. Fake stories. Real stories. A live chicken. Whatever the Bucks need to do to switch around the momentum in this series, it’s much needed. I also love that Durant immediately responded to all of this within hours. Part of me wonders if I need to rip him apart in a game review and tag him. Trying to build a brand, here!
