SOMEONE CALL 9-1-1 JERSEYS BURNING UP ON THE BASKETBALL FLOOR OH-OH! Marquette’s jerseys melt my fucking face off. These are red hot. Marquette paid homage to their 100-year anniversary plus the ode to be ‘different.’ That’s definitely what’s happening here. The whole ideas to bring back the horizontal stripes is innovative along with the bold typeface underneath the numbers. Some might hate it, but those are people who lack any sort of creativity.

Marquette mentioned they will have white, gold, championship blue and gold with all the same colors along with an N7 jerseys which Nike’s Native American initiative. My guess is they will pay tribute to the Chippewa tribe who have blue and gold in their seal although I could see them going with Potawatomi as well.
