Packers Wake Up And Beat Chicago, 26-10

Aaron Rodgers fumbled near the Packers end zone giving Chicago, a 10-6 lead. After that moment, it seemed to wake up Rodgers and the team as they had three soul-crushing 80-plus yard drives on Chicago’s defense. Rodgers looked effective and better than he has looked in last couple weeks. He went 20-for-26 for 176 yards with three touchdowns. Green Bay put the ball in quarterback’s hands, and he got the job done. Davante Adams, Randall Cobb and Ty Montgomery were most impressive in this game. It’s only the second time in history a team had three pass-catchers with 10 or more catches. I hate to be the guy who says ‘it’s just Chicago’, but I don’t think this tells what Green Bay’s story is going to be this season.
We’ll see if that’s what Packers offense looks like in 10 days when they face Atlanta in a very tough road game. If Packers could get Damarious Randall and Quinton Rollins healthy, that would be a huge upgrade to their secondary against the potent Atlanta Falcons.
