SnotapWI Game Review: No Worries About Brewers’ Losing Two Straight

Milwaukee Brewers have been red hot. They won eleven straight games before losing their last two. On Sunday, they fell to the Pittsburgh Pirates. And on Monday, the New York Mets did them in. It was a tight game at 1-1 for most of it when Brandon Woodruff pulled out his best Dave Bush impression and fell apart in the late innings giving up three runs. Milwaukee had a chance to make this a game in the ninth with two on, no out against Edwin Diaz, but the bottom of the order could not come through for the Crew. Here’s my review and why I’m not sweating two losses.
@snotapwi After winning 11 straight, it’s hard to be mad about losing two. ##thisismycrew ##fyp ##brewers ##brewersbaseball ##mets ##newyorkmets ##baseball ##mlb ##mke
Even though we would like the Brewers to win forever, they have to lose some games. You don’t want them to lose six straight and fall back down to earth, right? But also losing this game isn’t the end of the world. Some could argue with Jacob deGrom pitching tonight for the Mets that this is one you have to have if you’re the Brewers. But Mets aren’t that successful when deGrom goes to the mound, so, we’ll see what happens tonight.
